To accompany you in your relaxation, a combination of the following plants was developed:- Mint, hibiscus and lemongrass, are recognized in phytotherapy to act on states of stress and anxiety

Preparation
- 5g per infusion with an infusion time of 11 min in 250ml of hot water at 90/100°C.
- To benefit from all the advantages of this tea, we recommend you to add a fat (whole milk for example) in your mixture.
