The advantages of this CBD tea
To facilitate your intestinal transit and to relieve the evils of wind due to a difficult digestion, an association of the following plants was elaborated:- The green tea China Sencha, because it is a natural stimulant thanks to its richness in theine and tannins anti-oxidants, calming and antibacterial.
- The date: its richness in non-soluble fibers, will guarantee a good transit;

Preparation
- 5g per infusion with a duration of infusion of 11 min in 250ml of hot water to 90/100°C.
- To benefit from all the advantages of this tea, we recommend you to add a fat (whole milk for example) in your mixture.
