ARC welding stations with INVERTER technology are light, compact and easy to use, allowing them to be used for ironwork, boiler making, piping, etc... They have an MMA welding process with coated electrode.
They are composed of an on/off switch - Insulation class H, a knob for adjusting the welding intensity according to the diameter of the electrodes as well as a thermal protection with LED indicator.
They have 3 automatic functions:
- Hot start: the starting current has a value higher than the desired value, to help the ignition of the arc
- Arc force: to avoid short-circuit - if the electrode does not approach the weld too quickly
- Anti-sticking: the current value decreases immediately to the value necessary so that the electrode can be
weld removal

The Tech100 welding unit model has a power consumption of 2.3 KVA, welding current 5-80 A. Its no-load voltage is 88 V - duty cycle 80 Amp at 45%. Finally, it has a protection class IP21 - Ø electrodes 1.6 to 2.5 mm.
Each case includes:
- 1 earth clamp
- 1 electrode clamp (± 1.60 m each)
- 1 brush with hammer for slag
- 1 hand soldering mask
- 1 carrying strap
