    Harvest: July / September

The description of the Blue Cream Berries variety is an ode to naturethe fruit unfurls in clusters, delicately veiled in purple against a golden-yellow background. Their cream-colored flesh offers exquisite sweetness, evolving into subtle flavors after a few days. These little marvels, weighing between 7 and 12 grams and measuring around 2.5 cm in diameter, emerge from sturdy, generous plants sometimes exceeding eight bunches. Their indeterminate, graceful growth reaches around 1.6 meters, producing strikingly beautiful fruits that are devoid of any irregularities, simply round and perfect.

Under the watchful eye of a window, they will germinate in a burst of life. Once the plants have reached a height of 12 to 15 cm and the cold is no longer a concern, they can be transplanted into fertile, aerated, healthy soil, spaced 70 cm apart between rows to fully welcome the sun's caresses. Stakes, faithful growth companions, should be erected before planting, ready to support this plant abundance.

The question of tomato plant size is an enigma that every gardener interprets in his or her own way. Some opt for rigorous pruning to encourage the plant to concentrate its energy on a few large fruits, while others prefer freedom, leaving the plant to its own devices nature to express itself fully, offering a profusion of little treasures. For pruning enthusiasts, the task is not an easy one, requiring time and discernment to distinguish the gourmands from the main branches. However, a little green clay or maerl can help to heal wounds. Still others opt for two-stem management, offering a compromise between generosity and rigor.

Challenges encountered in tomato cultivation include downy mildew and apical necrosis, often referred to as black ass. Downy mildew can be prevented by protecting plants from excessive rain or by using appropriate treatments. As for apical necrosis, it often results from an imbalance in calcium intake or watering.
