    Good to know:

    Sowing: March / June
    Harvest: September / December

This mat of pre-sown seeds simplifies your gardening by reducing the need for thinning and weeding. Easy to use, it unfolds to provide five rows of five varieties of carrots, suitable for organic farming. You can easily cut it to stagger your harvests or adjust to the size of your plot. The mat is biodegradable and each box includes detailed growing instructions.

The seeds are distributed as follows: 20% Carotte Nantaise Améliorée 2, 20% Carotte Blanche de Kuttingen, 20% Carotte Touchon, 20% Carotte de Colmar à Cœur Rouge 2, and 20% Carotte Jaune du Doubs, all organically grown. Carotte de Colmar is productive and late, with large, sweet roots. Carotte Touchon is early and tasty. The Carotte Nantaise offers soft, sweet flesh. Carotte Jaune du Doubs is productive and sweet, while Carotte Blanche de Kuttingen, hardy and aromatic, grows quickly.

To lay out the mat, prepare the soil between March and June, refining and watering it. Unfold the mat on the ground, cover it with a mixture of fine soil and sand, then water in a light rain. Keep the soil moist until the seeds have emerged, and use a veil if necessary to prevent drying out. Carrots are harvested from September to December.
