Matador spinach goes well with peas, beans, cabbage and other vegetables. Harvest around 2 months after sowing, and pick frequently to stimulate new leaf growth.
For storage, it's best to freeze spinach, as it doesn't keep fresh for long. Keep an eye out for snails and slugs by placing traps around your crops, and act preventively against mildew and defoliating noctuid moths with suitable treatments.
