    Eggplants Black Beauty eggplants are distinguished by their smooth, shiny skin and flavorful flesh. They're versatile in the kitchen, perfect for stir-fries, grills, stews and casseroles.     Eggplant Black Beauty is a seasonal variety that produces around 5 fruits per plant, each about 13 cm long. These fruits have a shiny dark purple skin. The stems and leaves of this plant are medium green, with smooth, not very prickly leaves, and have a semi-erect habit. Eggplant flowers Black Beauty eggplant are pink. The plant generally reaches a height of around 60 cm.

    For successful eggplant sowing Black Beauty eggplant, you need to sow the seeds in cups filled with fine sowing compost between March and April. This should be done on a warm bed, with a constant temperature of around 25°C. After germination, which generally takes 15 to 20 days, you can transplant the seedlings to the open ground at the end of May. Choose a spot with cool, deep, humus-rich soil, exposed to warmth and sunlight, and space the plants about 50 cm apart.
