    To grow, sow between March and April under cover, or in a nursery from May to July. Once your plants have developed 4 leaves, transplant them into deep, cool soil, at a comfortable distance of 25 cm in all directions. Harvesting, meanwhile, runs from May to October, offering you a feast of flavors all season long.
