    Here's the composition of this exquisite blend: 15% Roquette cultivée*, 5% Cerfeuil commun simple*, 15% Chicon Panaché*, 15% Laitue romaine rouge Oreille du Diable*, 10% Laitue Batavia de Pierre Bénite*, 15% Cressonnette marocaine*, 10% Epinard d'Amérique*, and finally 15% Laitue de Saint Vincent*. *All seeds are organically grown.

    To successfully sow these mixed seedlings, you can sow directly in the ground from March to August, creating rays 20 cm apart. As the plants grow, thin them out and harvest them for eating.

    Young shoots are generally harvested between 3 and 5 weeks after sowing, to take full advantage of their freshness and flavor.
