Yellow zucchini seeds produce a variety of zucchini with bright yellow skin and tender flesh. This variety is appreciated not only for its vibrant color, which adds a visually appealing touch to gardens, but also for its delicate flavor and crunchy texture. Yellow zucchini are versatile in the kitchen, able to be eaten raw in salads, steamed, grilled, sautéed or used in a variety of recipes, from main courses to side dishes.
Their mild, slightly sweet flavor makes them a prized ingredient in a variety of dishes, while their thin skin makes them quick to cook and pleasant to chew. In addition to their culinary value, yellow zucchinis are also an excellent source of nutrients such as vitamins A and C, as well as essential minerals like potassium and magnesium. Growing yellow zucchinis in your garden means you can enjoy their abundant harvest throughout the summer season, adding a touch of color and flavor to your table.

Good to know:
Sowing: April / June
Harvest: May / AugustZucchini Jaune, a non-runny variety, stands out for its earliness and productivity. Its creamy, tender, fine flesh offers excellent taste, best enjoyed when young. Ideal for ratatouille, stuffing or even French fries.
To sow Yellow Courgette successfully, choose the month of April. Sow in pots in a bright spot, at a minimum temperature of 12°C. Place the seeds on edge and keep the soil moist, but not excessively so, to prevent the seeds from rotting. Place the cups near a source of light to encourage germination.
To grow Yellow Courgette, transplant to a sunny spot around mid-May. Leave a space of 1 m in all directions for non-runner varieties. Be sure to water regularly and add compost to encourage growth. Pinch stems to stimulate development, and hoe, weed and mulch at the base to limit weeds and preserve moisture. In summer, water at the base without wetting the foliage.
As far as good associations are concerned, avoid planting next to potatoes, but give preference to beans and cabbage.
If your zucchini plant doesn't produce flowers or fruit, it may be due to hot weather, which can affect the formation of female flowers and the quality of pollen from male flowers. Another reason could be a lack of pollination, which is carried out by pollinating insects. To remedy this, attract pollinators close to your cucurbit crops by sowing floral mixes.
Zucchini are harvested around 2 months after sowing. It's best to harvest them young to avoid them becoming bitter.
