    Broadcast seeds, spreading them evenly over the seedbed.
    Prepare the soil before sowing.

    A good cleaning with a weeder is necessary. You can also use the false seeding technique. Simply clean the plot once and wait 2 to 3 weeks to give weed seeds time to emerge.
