    Purple Frills mustard, with its broad, curly, lobed and serrated leaves, offers a palette of colors ranging from blond green to purplish reddish-green. In France, it is mainly eaten as young shoots, mixed into salads.

    To grow it, you can sow from late February to April or from August to September. Fast-growing varieties are generally harvested around 40 days after sowing, while larger varieties are harvested around 3 months after sowing. Planting distances vary according to variety, ranging from 25 x 35 cm for small-leaf varieties to 35 x 45 cm for large-leaf varieties.
