Flange and cap
CONNECTIONS AND FLANGES for ventilation ducts, all accessories for ventilation of wall flanges square, round flanges all diameters 100mm,125mm,flange 150mm,200mm,254mm,315mm,400mm
What type of flange is there? You can find classic flanges with a rim around the flange, generally drilled beforehand, which is the case of our models sold in our online store. But there are also flanges with a square metal plate around them, enabling you to plug a larger hole and fit a ventilation duct connected directly to the flange.
What's a flange for?
With classicround flanges, for example, if you've drilled a 100mm hole in your wall and your ventilation unit has a 125mm diameter, don't panic: fit a 125mm round wall flange over the 100mm hole, using the pre-drilled hole around the flange, fix it into the wall using screws and dowels, then connect your duct directly with aluminum tape, an aluminum clamp or a connecting sleeve to make your ventilation duct fixed and airtight.
Flanges with square plates allow you to install them on more damaged and less clean walls, and create a better seal around the wall where the ventilation is installed.
Ventilation duct plugs: available in 100mm,125mm,flange 150mm,200mm,254mm,315mm,400mm
duct plug utility: Available in PVC and aluminum or metal, so you can plug a ventilation duct without having to dismantle your entire installation.
How to install the ventilation plug? Take your ventilation duct, measure the diameter and then buy the necessary size, fit it into the duct, then insert a clamp to hold the plug in place and your ventilation duct will be closed by the plug.
